Initiative & Bias for Action - SWOT & STEP-G Analysis

Taking initiative is about having a “go-getter” / “carpe diem” attitude. It’s about being positive, taking a global perspective of life and work, and seizing opportunity rather than letting it pass us by.

One way to take the global perspective and identify opportunities for action is to do a personal (or work) SWOT and STEP-G analysis. For each of the following categories, identify trends that may be impacting you, your life and/or your work or career, and then create a plan for getting into action. Seize the day!

SWOT Analysis
